
Ion Audio launches its Tailgater iPod sound system, which features a single-unit construction with speakers, amplifier, audio inputs and a dock for iPod all in one box. The Tailgater works with most iPod models and it offers inputs for microphone and other multimedia devices. It has a heavy-duty construction with carry handle and comes with built-in battery offering 8 hours of battery life.
Ion Audio’s Tailgater is priced at $199.

On the Tokyo Designer’s Week was revealed a Wireless iPod Speakers, the EOps i24R3 is probably the best-looking speaker system for the iPod/iPhone .The EOps i24R3 speaker system will be available early 2009.Features an iPod-dock and a woofer-equipped base station which can be paired with two or more remote stereo speakers. A great feature of this system is that it is gesture controlled and that too supporting touch-free gesture! Simply move your hand in front of the base station and control volume and equalizer functions. The satellite speakers are gesture-controlled too.
Pioneer revealed DEH-P4100SD,which finally allows you to listen to music on the support that we prefer, then in addition to the classic CD finds room for space and a USB port, once extracted the front, a slot for SD cards.Also in the front offers a line input, which connect any music player, but if you have an iPod manufacturer offers an optional adapter to connect it directly through the dock.
Finally, the Pioneer DEH-P4100SD also serves as a hands-free mobile phone via Bluetooth, through an accessory with which they can receive and listen to music from a phone or a player that will integrate this protocol.
