Samsung and Giorgio Armani have come together again to create a new mobile phone, the SPH-W8200. The phone of course wears the Giorgio Armani badge, and comes with a 3.1 inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, a slide-out numeric keypad, 5 megapixel camera, HSDPA, Bluetooth, microSD expansion with up to 16 GB of storage, and consumers in Korea will also get to use the DMB TV Tuner.
With all those useful features, the phone has a couple of drawbacks as well. It lacks a headphone jack, and will most likely use the standard Samsung connector in place of mini- or micro-USB. The fashionable phone is a sleek one and measures 100.9 x 57.7 x 15.1 mm and weighs in at just 132 grams. There’s no release date or price on the phone yet, but with luxury and style stamped all over it, its cost will likely fall into the “if you have to ask” range.
