MSI has announced a new all in one PC for the US consumers. The new Wind Top AE2200 comes with a full HD (1080p resolution) 21.6-inch touchscreen. The screen is surrounded by MSI’s interface for apps, editing, games and even has its own TV Tuner and HDMI input. This machine will run off a 2.7GHz Pentium dual-core and have Intel GMA X4500HD video.
Other features include 4GB RAM, 500 GB hard disk, DVD Burner, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet, 5W speakers and a 1.3 megapixel Webcam. There aren’t any other configuration options for the PC, so these are the only specs available for the new machine. MSI will sell the AE2200 pre-loaded with Windows Vista, but seeing that the launch of Windows 7 is already close at hand, they have been smart enough to offer a free coupon for upgrade to Windows 7. This might turn out to be a good move to keep sales moving, and to cash on the popularity of all-in-one PCs. MSI is offering the AE2200 for $800.
